Love the sugar
Love this sugar. It tastes great in my morning coffee. I just wish they had a smaller container instead of the bag. The monkfruit is so fine it easily spreads when you put your hand in to dig around for the plastic spoon then you have a hand full of sugar. I suppose you can use a pair of tongs or just use your own spoon but it still spreads.

Surprisingly Good
I've been trying to cut back on sugar for a while now, but I've always struggled with finding a sweetener that doesn't taste weird or leave an aftertaste.. A friend suggested this product, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Honestly, I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed was that it actually tastes sweet without that weird aftertaste I got from other sweeteners. I use it mainly in my coffee and sometimes in oatmeal or yogurt. You only need a tiny bit since it's much sweeter than sugar, so it lasts a good time too.The texture is fine, it mixes into liquids pretty easily. I haven't tried baking with it yet, but I read that it can be used that way with a bit of trial and error. I feel more balanced throughout the day.I also appreciate that it's a natural product, not something artificial. I'm not doing keto or anything, just trying to eat better and this has made it easier to stay on track without feeling like I'm giving up sweets completely. I've even used it to sweeten homemade salad dressings and it worked great.Overall, I'm happy with it. It's not magic, and it won't taste exactly like sugar, but it's close enough and way better than most alternatives I've tried.

My go-to choice of monk fruit sweetener
This is by far the best monk fruit sweetener I’ve tried, liquid or powder. Only a scoop or so is needed to sweeten your drinks, and if you mix it thoroughly with whatever powder being used (protein powder, cocoa powder, even powdered aspirin) it dissolves completely. I’ve found that adding it directly to liquids tends to make it clump, so by trial and error I found the best blending method. There’s no aftertaste in my opinion—I’ve tried many powdered drinks with it—when I don’t add this brand of monk fruit, the drink is very bland. I haven’t tried baking with it yet so I’ll have to update my review once I do. It is expensive, but because you need so little, it ends up being very economical. This is my go-to choice of monk fruit sweetener.

This monk fruit is a great natural sugar replacement sweetener. I put it in my tea and also when I make healthy desserts. The product lasts a long time, providing great value.

A needed change
I was skeptical at first because I've tried other sweeteners and they all tasted off. But this one actually works for me. It's just sweet enough, and I only need a small amount. I use it in tea and yogurt mostly. As someone who is conscious of what I eat, I feel good using this over regular sugar in my food.It blends well without clumping or floating on top. The fact that it's zero calorie is a bonus, but honestly, the taste alone would keep me coming back. It's become a staple in my kitchen, and now I even carry a small container of it when I travel. I've recommended it to my sister who's trying to cut down on sugar, and she had the same reaction, surprised that it actually tasted good.

Strong aftertaste
I wanted to love this product, but even using a small amount on the end of the spoon, it is very sweet and has a very strong aftertaste. I'll try using an even smaller amount over the next few days. I want to eliminate the monk sugar with erythritol, but I don't think this product is going to replace it. I'll probably try something else.

Autoimmune-Friendly Sweetener That Tastes Like Sugar
I’m currently managing an autoimmune disorder and decided to explore alternative sweeteners that are gentler on my system. I chose monk fruit because it doesn’t spike blood sugar, has anti-inflammatory properties, and works well with sensitive diets. It’s surprisingly sweet—closer to the taste of sugar than something like honey—and a little goes a long way. So far, it’s been a great swap!

Will Last a Long Time
I thought this was a little expensive, but I was looking for a natural sugar substitute with no additives so I decided to give it a try. It is a very fine powder, like confectionery sugar, but brown in color. It comes with a tiny measuring spoon which is great. Suggested serving is 1/8 teaspoon so this bag is going to last me a long time!!! I found that 1/8 t is too sweet for me so I use about half that amount. At first, I did detect an aftertaste, but I don’t anymore. Maybe I’m just used to it. It dissolves best when putting it in your cup before adding your hot liquid. It does clump with cold water, but I just let it sit a bit and then push the clumps against the side of the glass and they dissolve.Very happy with the purchase and would recommend highly!! I’m looking forward to using it in baking, tooI’m actually giving it 4.5 stars but rounded up.
