The book is very interesting but the way the book is written is sometimes hard to decider but all in all it is an interesting read

If you want to know where we come from then this is the book you must read. Our ancient history laid out in great detail by someone who was actually there and wants mankind today to learn from past mistakes and begs us not to repeat them. This takes quite a jump for anyone who is looking for the almighty God from the Bible you will find him right here but not as you quite expected I can assure you this memoir of Enki will blow your mind and make you question everything you have ever been taught. 5 stars? I was recommended Zecharia Sitchin's work by a friend.After reading this book I can not imagine the amount of work that Sitchin had to do, to not only translate a dead language (Sumarian) but to also bring this to light. You don't have to agree with EVERYTHING Sitchin writes but this translation from the Ancient Sumerian Texts is phenomenal. There are many civilizations outside of the West which speak of what he does here. About the Creation of man and Alien Scientists who molded us into their images. It makes you look at the Bible particularly Genisis in a different light. At last someone has made it possible for us in the West to read this information before it got lost in antiquity.

I love this book!Read it with an open mind.You can take it as a story or as a story.Either way, it is very good though after tablet 4 the lastest like Yodah you will speak!

If this is fiction, it is hard to fathom kind of poetry that is surprisingly worthwhile reading. But it purports to be a translation from actual stone tablets many thousands of years old. It speaks of rocket ships (that seem to be fitted with some kind of warp drive) that can travel from a planet on the edge of our solar system to earth hundreds of thousands of years ago to save its planet from atmospheric erosion. And those that follow make us in their image. Hence: wow!But how did the original writers know about the order of planets, that all orbit the Sun and navigation computers (yep, that which shows the way)?Wow.
