can it be adapted for use with demijohns

Thanks for your question, we only recommend this rinser for cleaning bottles and not demijohns, for cleaning demijohns we usually suggest to fill with water and cleaning solution such as Brew Safe, there are also demijohn brushes available to help remove stubborn stains and debris if needed, Best regards, Home Brew Online

What type of sterilising solution works best with this for beer bottles? Thank you.

Thanks for your question, we recommend using a no rinse sanitiser such a Brew Safe for rinsing bottles as it is quick and easy, if your bottles are really dirty then they may need a soak first, a cleaner such as VWP will help with this.
