I am not a scientist to evaluate its compliance with all ideals, but for a child, in my opinion, it is sufficient to get to know the micro world. As a mother, it is also interesting for me to remember my school days again. We are looking for protozoa in the ponds to look at. We have now looked at what is available at home. It's nice to have samples, instruments, containers and sample glasses included. Good set.

absolutely fantastic ! bought this for my Niece who is 10 as a Christmas gift and she absolutely loved it. We spent all of Christmas day finding different samples to observe under the microscope. Great microscope with a multitude of different zoom settings, a whole bunch of slides, labels, ready made slides, petri dish, child safe scalple, tweesers and prodding tool plus a book of experiments and sample containers/test tubes made of plastic. Utterly impressed at the child friendliness of this product (though I would still recomend adult supervision and participation). We had hours of fun together which were educational and inspiring

My 7 year old daughter is keen on all science things as she started doing it at school and is liking this subject. So the microscope was an excellent gift for Christmas. It is good for young kids beginning to experiment. Recommended.

Item was purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter, and she has absolutely loved it. The microscope comes well packaged and with a decent sized book with info about usage etc. There are plenty of packed in extras such as blank slides, pre-made slides, pots, scalpel etc. She has really enjoyed using the pre-bundled slides as well as going out on walks and collecting her own materials to put under the scope. there is a build in battery powered light with works well, as well as being able to flip the light over and use the mirror to reflect sun light on bright days. A really good fun, education gift for any child! Pros - fun - plenty of extras - well build Cons - none

There is a lot included in this kit which is good but the operation of the focus mechanism is not as sturdy as I would have liked it to be. The lenses seem ok but not quite as clear as I had hoped either. It is a child's toy, though at the end of the day, so perhaps I was expecting more than I should have done. That all said my 7 yar old grandson was very pleased with it.

My eleven year old daughter loves anything science so she was particularly happy with this microscope. It is sturdy and can zoom into even the smallest of things such as hair follicles and bugs. There is already a range of slides full of interest things to look at as well as an instruction booklet and guide on how to use the microscope for experiments and what to collect. All in all a great buy and I would recommend it.

Ho regalato questo microscopio ai miei due figli e si sono appassionati fin da subito. Pensavo fosse un semplice giocattolo, ma mi ha davvero sorpreso per la qualità e la quantità di strumenti inclusi. È robusto, ben costruito e adatto per muovere i primi passi nel mondo della microscopia. Gli ingrandimenti (fino a 1200x) permettono di osservare dettagli che catturano l’attenzione anche dei più piccoli. Il kit è completo di accessori utili per preparare campioni e svolgere esperimenti interessanti, e il manuale incluso è chiaro, con spiegazioni semplici e stimolanti. L’illuminazione LED integrata funziona bene, anche se per certe osservazioni più complesse abbiamo usato una luce esterna più potente. Alcuni strumenti, come le pinzette e il bisturi, richiedono la supervisione di un adulto, ma nel complesso è un prodotto valido. Un’ottima introduzione alla biologia per bambini curiosi. I miei figli lo adorano!
