Draper Redline 67652 200 mm 4-Way Crimping Tool , Blue

I have always associated Draper with excellent quality allied to very reasonable prices. Sometimes when you see other similar tools at much higher prices you think - just how do Draper do it their prices and you think they must have cut corners somewhere- but no not at all. This stripper tool keeps up the Draper quality tradition and is a delight to use. It comes with USA wire sizes on the tool but these are easily converted to metric. Everything works well and the crimper gets a really tough joint.

Great little tool for the money. It's extremely cheap, especially compared to high quality industrial crimpers. But there's a reason for that price. It's not super comfortable, and quite possibly doesn't have the quality to last long for heavy duty jobs. But if you need to do some terminal crimping for your motorbike / car / house electrical stuff, it will do the job just fine. Just don't expect too much from it. After all it's only a fiver, compared to hundreds of pounds worth crimpers. However, I've rewired my motorbike's cable harness entirely with this (some speedometer, sensors and electrical cables) and I'm still using it for small hobby items. The wire stripper and cutter bits are working okay as well, especially when dealing with very thin cables like DuPont jumpers. Not sure if any thicker gauge wires will damage those bits in the long run though. Still, I'd recommend for a quick job or two, or hobby stuff.

This tool is not bad for crimping and stripping but the cutting part of the tool is not great takes quite a lot of effort to cut through even thin wires.

I bought these to do some wiring but then realised there was a pair in the tool box I bought, so we returned them. These are actually better than the ones in the toolbox, but for how often they will get used the tool box ones will do. These are a good tool and returning was easy and straightforward.

Good product, not amazing, but I wasn't expecting it to be for the price. Not the easiest to use as quite stiff and you have to manually open them, but for the odd job, I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money on a pair. These are functional for occasional use.

Fit for purpose and we'll made....4th pair in 2yrs as keep disappearing - mayb bcs they seem to be smaller in size than my original pair ??? Owned fr over 40yrs 😆 🤣

●Davvero un ottimo accessorio per il prezzo a cui viene venduta, non ha nulla da invidiare ad utensili di fascia più alta ovviamente se consideriamo un uso moderato e per fini hobbistici. ●Dotata di ben 5 funzioni che, sono: 1: tronchesina tagli cavi 2: sistema di crippaggio per morsetti isolati 3: troncatrice per perni di varie dimensioni 4: sistema di crippaggio per morsetti non isolati 5: spellacavi per cordicelle di piccole e moderate dimensioni. ●In definitiva pinza multifunzioni veramente utile e ben fatta e dal costo irrisorio, non adatta ai fini professionali ma un must per fini hobbistici e di utilizzo non intensivo. ☻UTILE☻

Unverzichtbarer Helfer in nicht elektrischen Anwendungen; auch wenn man eine Schraube bis M5 kürzen möchte, ist dieses Werkzeug auf die schnelle unverzichtbar. Schon sehr lange benutze ich dieses gute Stück, wenn man keinen Schraubstock oder Feilkloben zur Hand hat. Für die Schnelligkeit des Schraubenkürzens, die bessere Methode, da das Gewinde der abgeschnittenen Schraube wieder ohne Grat zur Verfügung stehen kann

Feels nice and works as it should

Bonne qualité et précision dans le sertissage. Le code couleur est top. Bémol un peu raide au début il a falut un peu de WD40 pour travailler correctement. Sinon produit de qualité.
