These are excellent , they don't taste too bad and I feel better already , vitamin c needed with iron so great that they are combined 🩷

Really lovely taste, sour apple. I have been taking this for two days for mild anemia. It’s too early to tell if it’s working but I haven’t had any side effects, it doesn’t feel as harsh on the stomach as high strength iron tablets and was recommended by my doctor as an alternative.

I have been taking this product on and off for the last couple of years. I believe it is effective, although its never easy to know for sure.

Not as bad as I thought. I had the children try it and we decided , it could be made into an ice lolly. Room temperature was ok too. Apple flavour is good.
