No, but the bag they arrive in is sealed well, but I gradually replaced bags in old tea bag boxes I had saved, so they kept fresh & still do....

Strange question, but the finish is, in my opinion a fantastic cup of tea.

Again I can not see why not when I have purchased I have never seen shipping restrictions applied anywhere
