An excellent product which has avoided much confusion with days/dates. Very clear and accurate. Had to buy a new one as small strut at back went missing and I didn't know how to obtain a replacement. If possible to purchase the part would be glad to do so. No key to contact seller.

Very helpful for dementia patients. Keeps them informed what day it is as well as the time. So they don’t keep asking what day it is. People do not understand what it’s like being asked the same question over & over again unless you live with a dementia patient.

Bought one for Mum, 89, Dad in law, 97, one for my self as I cannot see the silver hands on my big clock and one for my brother, car mechanic, to put in his garage. Absolutely brilliant clock

I bought this for my mother (in her 90s and sometimes a little confused but definitely NOT suffering from dementia). We've had to keep her away from the Amazon listing because she's easily tech savvy enough to check it and wouldn't like the ref to dementia, or might worry that she had it and didn't know. But it's very good and we're considering a second one for her living room. And here's a thought - I work from home but for clients internationally & I'm for ever checking the time in their time zone before emailing or calling them, so I might end up with a couple of these in my home office showing other time zones. UPDATE 06/08/24: Yep, Mum got on with it immediately, so we did indeed buy a second one for her living room.

My mother has dementia so I bought this day,date,clock.I have put it by the side of her bed so she sees it when she wakes up.The lettering is a good size and easy to reset etc.This is the second one that I have had for elderly relatives.Would recommend and have bought again.

We have in our kitchen. All visitors check our clock for time (of course) abut also a reminder of day of week and date. Only two downsides: One - we depend on it too much for the date itself, and two - it does seem to loose time every 2-3 months and needs adjusting...

This was very good for the person I bought it for as it was easy to see the date/time/day etc. I think it is best for the early stages of dementia as there came a point when it only was of use to me unfortunately.

Bought this for the mother in law. She’s 90 now with mid to late term dementia and she always used to look in a TV Magazine to keep track of the days but for some reason has stopped doing it.This clock has ended the constant “what day is it” repetition and seems to have relaxed her quite a bit as now she always knows the time, day and date without asking. If you’re a carer you’ll know how important that can be to sufferers. The display is bright and easily read during the day and automatically dims in the evening. The background screen colour can be changed too to ease reading if required.What I also like is that once it’s had a good days run it will maintain its time and settings (not on the display though obviously) when it’s unplugged, which like most of her generation she does every night. When it’s plugged back in again there’s a short “Welcome” on screen and then it just sets itself up perfectly to the previous settings and right time and date again. 👍Very popular purchase with our family and a good price too.Definitely recommend.
