2 or 3 Button Rubber Pad for Toyota remote key

Both buttons on the key for my Toyota Corolla were falling out and being retained in place by sellotape. I was expecting to have to pay for a new key from Toyota at an exorbitant cost when I came across this item. A thin piece of rubber that is exactly the shape of the key with these 3 raised buttons on it. The unrequired button (in this case the one with the car symbol on it) is easily removed by cutting off that corner. Open the plastic shell of the key and the rubber sheet is easily inserted with its buttons poking through the holes from which the old ones had fallen out. Perfect! Works a treat!

This is a brilliant little gadget. It takes two minutes to fit - - a tiny screwdriver is all that's needed to remove the retaining screw if there is one and prise open the fob. Be careful as it can come apart suddenly but don't be afraid and too gentle. Remove the electronics, fit the gadget and replace everything. Tiny screws are available to buy to replace the one that just fell on the floor and disappeared forever. You won't allow that to happen though will you.

I purchased this product after finding my car keys would activate the central locking system. A call to the dealership resulted in a quote in excess of £300....daylight robbery! My car is very old so paying that amount of money for keys was illogical. After reading reviews I purchased this product. Coupled with watching youtube videos I fixed my own car keys. 30 minutes maximum time for a few pounds in cost. Money well spent and satisfaction that I fixed it myself.

Have a 14 year old Avensis with a two button key fob and after much use the buttons started dropping out of the fob. This rubber replacement is a far better design because it's never going to do that again. Comes as a three-button mat, just carefully snip off the button you don't need (in my case the boot release one, bottom right) and the mat is a perfect fit. Five minute job. You'll also need a tiny 'jewellers' screwdriver to undo the key fob case.

Da bei meinem schlüssel die knöpfe nach vielen jahren gebrochen sind ist diese alternative sehr gut. man kann den 3. knopf sehr einfach wegschneiden und es passt trotzdem noch ohne verrutschen. ist auch sehr leicht einzubauen da man nur die kleine schraube öffnen muss und se dann einfach reinlegen kann. kann ich nur empfehlen.

Passar perfekt till min Toyota Avensis -03 nyckel. Mycket bättre än orginal knapparna. Bara lägga i hela knapp-plattan och skruva ihop. Det är 2-pack så har en i reserv. Rekommenderas!

Questo pannello in gomma è stato la soluzione ideale per sostituire i pulsanti ormai usurati del telecomando della mia Toyota Yaris. Il prodotto è di ottima fattura, con una gomma resistente e robusta, che sembra garantire una lunga durata nel tempo. Il montaggio è davvero semplice: è sufficiente un cacciavite e un po’ di manualità, nulla di troppo complicato. Una volta montato, la chiave sembra praticamente nuova, ed è stata un vero sollievo poter evitare costose sostituzioni o interventi in officina. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto di questo acquisto. È un prodotto semplice, ma estremamente funzionale, perfetto per chi desidera rinnovare il proprio telecomando senza spendere una fortuna.
