Such incredible value. Leaves my skin feeling hydrated & soft.

Someone gave me a pot of this as a replacement for my usual Simple moisturiser - that has gone the Oil of Ulay route - and is no longer so "Simple" anymore. I have terrible skin! Hyper sensitive. And ranging from very dry to greasy. When I first applied this I was met with a gentle tingling sensation which immediately sounded alarm bells. Oh well! I retired for the evening and awoke to the best morning complexion I've had in decades!It's so reasonably priced too! I have a draw full of it - for when they go Glam! And start adding Amoxy-Mulla-Penta-Hydra-Fabulon6. :P

I first bought this product in a chemist shop in Gran Canaria and absolutely loved it. When that was used up I looked for it on line and got a jar sent to me.It looked the same and felt lovely on the skin but the scent was not nearly as gorgeous: in fact I don't much like it. I tried this again recently as it is still a good product, but the scent is the same.I do long for the original!! Was that just produced for the Spanish market>? Please tell me if I can get the same Aloe Vera but with the former, delicious scent!Mrs M V Bathurst

This is a really good cream. My skin was messed up after the winter and I was quite unhappy because I never used to get dry skin. This definitely sorted it out.After putting it on, you can still feel it protecting you, but at the same time it absorbs nicely. It's thick and rich but non greasy and really glidey. My skin feels plumper, softer and happier. It's given me a bit of a glow too.I was using a moisturiser from the body shop which was £11 for 50ml. This is £3 for six times the amount and in my opinion far better.The aloe smell is fresh and subtle.

I have been looking for this for quite a long time. I used to buy it for only a pound many years ago. The scent is lovely, it's smooth to put on - and you don't need a lot, so it will last some time. Skin feels so soft after applying. Good price too. One downfall was the plastic jar had a split all along the bottom and it had seeped out into the box it was in. I should have returned it, but decided to repair it. I cleaned the jar and put a lot of parcel tape all along the crack, which has sealed it. It doesn't look pretty, but it's just for me, so doesn't matter.

Perfect to use under make up as it’s not at all greasy and melts into the skin.

Thought I'd try this as I usually use the Norwegian brand (which I find extremely moisturising for my post menopausal skin, plus it's versatile for all parts of the body). The aloe vera aroma is pleasant enough but the cream left my face feeling very tight. However, it's nice to use as a body moisturiser as it soaks right in immediately and leaves the skin smelling very fresh. Good value for the price but I probably wouldn't buy it again.
