Does it work on toe nail?

I didn't try it for my toenail fungus but I seem to remember something in the leaflet about not doing that. Swabbing the nails with warm water containing a few drops of Tea Tree Oil twice a day is effective but you need to be consistent and to give it time. I'm a bit wary of the strong stuff.

Is this the same as Daktarin Gold?

Yes. The active ingredient is the same - 2% Ketoconozole

I'm afraid I don't know. If you order it, there should be a leaflet in the box that will tell you or it might be on the box. I've used a similar product called Daktacort (available on prescription) and that has 2% of miconazole nitrate and 1% of hydrocortisone. Its an anti-fungal and steroid combined.
