Hi, it takes a micro sim card. In which case I would suggest you have two options. 1) Obtain a micro sim from your provider or 2) cut it down to size yourself with a proper cutter tool. You do however run the risk of damaging the sim this way though. If in the future you need to place the sim back into a phone requiring a full size sim you can always buy an adapter. Please bear in mind the sim card holders in the phones tend to be easily damaged so if you are not sure I would go for option 1.

No idea what year but it's branded as Microsoft.So it's before Microsoft quit Nokia,You will have to google that.Hope this helps.
