I got these when I transitioned to a vegan lifestyle and I was happy to find algae was an alternative option to fish oil. These are really easy to swallow and although they have a mild taste (think seaweed) it's fairly pleasant and passes quickly. Everything on the label is clearly written and the bottle was fully sealed on arrival. This is a reliable supplement brand and these are good quality ingredients, high in omega 3 which supports heart, bone and brain health. A decent supply for a decent price.
