Well, here is an excellent product - compact, well made, easily fitter [and replaced a manufacturer supplied hopelessly over complex mechanism with no form of adjustment or maintenance. It is ... quiet and efficient in operation, cistern filling is rapid, and overall I have no problems with it, and no hesitation in recommending the supplier [and their delivery performance] or the product: excellent, good value for money, and ought to give very good service.

Bought this to replace a very old, noisy ballcock valve. It was very easy to install, probably about 10 minutes start to finish. Including about 10 seconds to adjust! Its compact size works well in my less than spacious 9 litre cistern.It fills the cistern quickly and quietly and shuts the water off very effectively. There is no 'clunk' as some others have mentioned.I don't know how it works but it does. And it works very well.EDIT - 15/8/16Noticed some small drips coming from the internal cistern washer that shipped with the Siamp. It seems that the washer is a bit small for my old cistern. Luckily, I retained the rubber washer from my original inlet valve and replaced the new one and it works fine. Not a drop of leakage. And I'm still delighted with the item.
