Every die-hard Pink Floyd fan needs this book. I gifted it to my brother, and he was in awe. Wonderful book. A must-have for any Pink Floyd fan.

This book is perfect for any Pink Floyd fans. They dissect many parts of every song. From the back story to how the songs are produced. The book is well researched by the authors. The history of the band is covered as well.

Was not sure whether to buy this or not. I’m not much of a reader, I never finish any books but the reviews helped me make my decision. It just came in minutes ago, and I already love it. A piece of rock n roll memorabilia of my favorite band. Good buy for the money. Heavy, and has some great stories. The layout of the book reminds me of vh1 pop up video, if anyone remembers that.

10/10 recommend for anyone who’s a Pink Floyd fan. I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and I haven’t seen him put it down since. It has so much information and fun history in it.

El libro es imprescindible para todo fan de la banda que quiera cerrar la información sobre el legado de esta banda. Sin embargo tiene un faltante de peso que motiva la quita de la estrella número 5: las letras de las canciones. La información está ordenada cronológicamente disco por disco. En cada capítulo se describe la integración de la banda, qué instrumentos se usaron, dónde se grabó, qué técnicos intervinieron etc etc. Luego tema por tema se describe cómo surgió la idea y algún aporte adicional sobre el equipamiento, coros, fechas, lugares etc. Aquí es donde el lector se pregunta por qué no está incluida la letra de la canción y quizás alguna explicación sobre las posibles metáforas de la misma. Y puestos a pedir alguna actualización para futuras ediciones tal vez no estaría mal algún código QR que nos lleve a un breve clip de la canción que estamos analizando. El libro tiene una encuadernación e impresión de alto nivel, creo que será de referencia constante y es buena compra.

Every Pink Floyd fan must have this book. It is unbelievable the depths of information that this book covers. They talk about the type of tape that was used on the recording device in the studio. Absolutely magnificent book.
