Bought this during our 3rd week of Flu A recovery. Unfortunately I didn't know it was for 4 years and older and I have 2 year old but I just give him 1 and it seems that'll do the trick. I had to taste it so I'm not giving my little one something gross tasting and decided it's a flavor and texture I'm comfortable with giving him. (Had to be sure after the time I was lip trembling trying to hold my breath and take the liposomal prenatal from Mary Ruth)

Have used these for a couple years. Great taste, seems effective. The only reason it’s a 4 star and not a 5 star is because most times, I get a sticky batch. They stick to each other and the bottom of the bottle, making it hard to get out and once I get them out they stick to my fingers or hands.
