Works well. Glad I got it.
My PC was sat under my desk, on the floor. The amount of dust that it was accumulating, inside, was really not funny, so I took the decision to get it off the floor. After reading around various options, went for this one.Fitting was easy. I was concerned that it might not be able to actually hold the weight of the PC (which was actually more fear of the quality of my desk, rather than the item), but it's been up for a while now, and is sturdy. As well as "hanging" mounting, there are also wall mounting holes, which I seriously considered using. There doesn't seem to be any noise from using this (i.e. the PC vibrating against the mount), so that's good.Dust accumulation is WAY down. So, all in all, very happy.

A reasonable budget option
This product works and suspends a reasonably heavy desktop tower to the base of the desk. The metal rails are very study and easy to screw to the underside of the desk - this will clearly depend on what the underside of your desk is made of. The straps are heavy duty and easy to adjust.Remember that this is clamping your tower to the underside of a desk. If you have vents at the top of the tower, this will be a problem. (I made this mistake and had to get creative, but fair warning so you don't have to :-))

bolt holes
The only thing concerning me is that when i put my PC in and tighten the 2 bolds that hole the PC up is they don't go through the holes. Instead they rest against the metal. Do I need to make sure the 2 bolds at the side go through the holes?

Listing was misleading, did not come with "All installation material"
I ordered the 'CPU-D200' in Black, and per the item description, expected to receive 'All installation material', i.e. everything you would need to mount this to a desk and hold the computer.Upon receiving the product, I discovered that there were four screws absent - the wood/self tapping screws that you would use to hold the mount to the desk. There's no mention of them in the manual nor on the step in the manual, nor at any point does it say these are not included.Only after going back and forth with support for 2-3 days did they realise that this specific product has1) an out of date manual2) the listings are wrong3) it does not actually come with 'all installation material' (you have to supply your own screws to attach it to a desk).Given that the point of this product is to mount and hold quite an expensive piece of equipment, I didn't particularly fancy the risk of buying & supplying my own screws in an untested manner, so I unfortunately had to return this product and seek an alternative. It seems incredibly daft to supply this product without any screws, and the support department even openly admitted that it's "unusual" that this specific model doesn't come with screws, but that somehow doesn't raise enough of a red flag to get that changed.Just be cautious if you buy one of these mounts that it may not come with everything you need, and that there are other mounts out there (non Newstar branded) that guarantee in their listings that they will come with all the parts you need.It is an incredible shame as this looks and feels like a superbly high quality product that would've suited me perfectly, but alas, it was not meant to be.

Very good, but not perfect
Bought this to sling my (big) tower PC case under a worktop in my home-made study. It does keep the PC off the floor, which is the main purpose. It's very sturdily built and the only downsides I can find are that it's really very tricky to get the straps tightened right up, once you've got the PC in the sling.I've had two goes at getting it really tight, and it's basically impossible. The straps stretched a bit after a couple of days, so it was necessary to re-tighten. It's definitely a 2-man job, getting the straps up tight. The trouble is, it's impossible to tighten the straps yourself while simultaneously holding up a 15kg PC case. I've seen other, similar designs but with rucksack-style quick-release nylon buckles instead of the fixed metal buckles that are on this contraption. However, I don't think I'd trust a couple of cheap plastic buckles to hold up £1000 worth of computer with spinning hard disks inside.

Nice, does a great job.
Works a treat, 30mins to install but only because I was on my back. If you can flip your desk over it will take no more than 5-10 mins.Straps seem to be quality so there's little to be worried about re the PC dropping out.I'm using an electric sit/stand desk so need the PC to move with the desk otherwise my wires can get tangled.Looking to put some new desks in at work over the next few months so I'll be buying 2 more o these, for the price the deal is hard to beat.
