Have used it for over a week. Can say that it is not as strongly effective in increasing physical energy levels as some other products like Ashwagandha.However, the quality of the product is quite decent and those looking to purchase it can rely on the product. It also comes with Quality certificate which indicates the level of Metals found in the product, which happen to be much below quantifiable limits.
