Will these fit to muddyfox RBS100 shoes?

I have similar Muddy Fox MTB 100 cycling shoes and they fit perfectly.

I have standard spd pedals on both my bikes. the old cleats look symmetrical. so do i buy "1 size" or "multidirectional"? do both fit?

Multi diredirectional anytime. Much safer. 1 size are beginners. Make sure too oil the springs every time you lube the chain.

Do these come with the bolts and washers they need to be fitted?

Yes they do. Fitted my spinning shoes perfectly and have not moved since. Recommended.
