Tale of the tape
Very good tape, great for measuring on your own

This is a very nice looking tape. It has a smooth recoil (but watch your fingers!). The green coloured blade is attractive, but slightly on the dark side for me, especially if working in poorly lit conditions. And the material of the blade is prone to easy denting and damage. This is a really well presented tape measure for occasional use. It is not durable enough for all-day use as a construction professional.

Complete waste of money
This was a complete fail. Liked the look of it as i do have other OX products but the tape blade started to fray after a couple of weeks and has now snapped. I've only been using it to measure timber so it certainly wasn't misused in any way or used outside so i would expect a tape measure at this price to last at least a year. Also the bull horn design at the end of the measure is a pain as the horns snag and get caught in any crevice which was incredibly annoying. Probably the most disapointing product i've ever bought. Avoid.

Straight as an arrow at 3M extended!!!
Does not bend, even when extended to 3M unlike the limp floppy offerings from Stanley!

Such a good measure, looks fantastic, feels solid, and is real easy to read measurements, especially for people with bad eye.Wouldn't use any other 👍🏽

Handy features
