I use this with a MikroTik 10gbe switch to multiple mini-PCs (minisforum MS-01's) and I am getting full bandwidth between the boxes. It's a home lab so I also have a janky 3D printed 3.5" drive shelf that holds 12 drives. Since I used PLA to print it and it wasn't recommended to use PLA, the shelf wants to sag some. So I put this patch panel under it and it holds the shelf up great. I got an extra use out of this and it keeps the network speeds it should. Also it was easy to install and stays in the 1U form factor.

Real metal is used and nothing cheap or plastic. Had this for about 2 months now and can say I'm very happy with it. Worst case, you buy it for the frame and replace the keystone jacks

This is honestly a great patch panel and can be at a great price, even compared to more established brands.The panel is shielded with an over 12in ground wire, so if you can't ground/bond this, you are not doing it right. The panel also comes populated with 24 CAT6 shielded keystones. For our installation (IT/Communications) shielding due to RFI (from both equipment types) is critical.The provided keystones are non-indicating, however perform better with shielding than others. Removal and insertion of keystones had been excellent with no fitment issues across many different brands and types of keystones.If equally priced to competitive brands, this still has value above many others, and is only enhanced if you can obtain this for a lower price point. If you have doubts due to brand familiarity, rest assured the quality provided here out rates better known brands.This product and company (I've used a few other products from them) are quickly making them a go-to for patch panel and keystone plate needs.

I had to replace one bad key, but that turned out well and I learned how to remove and replace the keys. Take a pair of channel locks to both remove and replace.

Works great, the fact that the bracket comes with the couplers already installed is awesome. Makes installations work well.

One of the photos in the description of this product says "install cable back bar", but as far as I can tell there *is* no cable back bar included. That said, what you get is 24 shielded cat6 couplers in a rack mount bracket, which also has a grounding wire built-in. This makes it easy to run shielded cat6 runs without having to deal with punch-down blocks. As an added bonus, since it just uses standard keystone connectors, if you want to swap out one or more connectors for a different style, such as fiber or coax, you can do so easily.You may not need or have any use for shielded cat6 runs in your application, in which case you may be able to find a cheaper option. However, if you do want/need shielded connections, this patch panel makes it easy and is well worth considering.

I typically punch down my wiring to a normal patch panel. However, this customer already had finished wiring in place. In an attempt to organize the mess that was their server room I ordered this patch panel to go in a wall mount rack. It worked perfectly and each connection is wire tied in place so they can pull out. If you need this type of organization I highly recommend this panel.
