The product works as it should. Each pill is only one gram and fairly big so one needs to take 3-5 to get an effective dosage. It seems like they could put less filler and make the pills 2 grams each of actual active ingredient.

This is one of those products that, in my opinion, every man should be taking.

I stumbled upon this product by accident. I was watching some YouTube videos and decided to incorporate this product into my workout routine. I have been using it for a little over two weeks now. Taking 2 to 3 tablets a day. One in the morning before I eat anything. One in the afternoon before my workout, 30 minutes or so. Then, before I leave for the workout, I will hydrate, eat a small amount of peanut butter and a rice cake or a granola bar with peanut butter just for energy. I want to believe that my energy level and endurance has increased since I have started using this product. However, it’s only been a little over two weeks. I had a blood draw today and will see if there have been any changes in my system. I may post to follow up regarding that. One other benefit I’ve noticed is that my crank endurance and blood flow has also improved. I’m over 50, That in itself is worth trying this product.

Good value

I got these for L-citrulline’s ability to increase nitric-oxide in the bloodstream thereby causing dilation of the blood vessels, allowing for increased blood flow and oxygen to body tissues. In my opinion, this brand works exactly as desired. I notice a distinct difference when I take it. I would recommend it.

Better than watermelon

The are okay, but considering the high price, I’ll look for a more affordable option.
