Tastes good, mixed with pork mince and water and made some good sausage

Put a little more in than 125g per kilo for a spicier sausage.

I found the mix too satly
I only added to the sausage mix minced pork and water nothing else, and followed the instrutions on the pack to make my sausages is there a reason for the salty taste, I used to be a Butcher in my younger days and made 100s of pounds of sausage every morning and they never tasted salty is there a reason for this taste be nice to know

Pretty much spot on
Having tried almost all the Cumberland in the North, I can say this is as close as possible. I add more Sage, Salt and Pepper, but that's just for my taste. Put this with the natural 38mm Hog casings, Air Fry or slow smoke and these are bang tidy
