Before you bash the price...
Because I know I did at first. Be aware this company and its product has some history of use not just for hobbies, but also cinema as I am told this stuff dates back to blockbusters like Alien being used in the film. The fact there are bigger jugs of this stuff to purchase, at a price that would destroy my wallet, attests to this and its performance. I am a casual painter when it comes to painting miniatures and this stuff delivered with fairly little skill in providing the look I wanted with my projects. Some tips I will point out. This stuff works well at room temperature but even more so if the contents are warmed up just a tad. Be sure to give the bottles a good shake before applying as the pigment occasionally settles to the bottom. Sometimes this will require a stir with a stick or the end of a brush to loosen the chunks at the bottom. Each has a metal mixing ball included at the bottom, and this can get stuck after the paint sits for a while. Once that is loose, shaking the bottles is enough to get a good mix going, I'd say after two minutes. The rust especially needs a good mix. When the paint is applied, you can dab or cover with a brush how you wish, smear the applications lightly with a damp brush. The water applied is what will bring out the vibrancy in color, and adds to the appearance of the material for realism. Again, if you want to get a good application it needs to be mixed well, then apply water after painting. Let the application dry naturally and you will see the effects actually take. Because enamel is oil based the capillary action (no gravity assistance) will steer the stuff in the areas where the material would naturally settle. I have used the rust and verdigris to great effect, and I am pleased with the results. There are tons of videos on YouTube that demos this paint. Check them out and pick up a supply. You will not be disappointed. I hope this stuff will be made more budget friendly, but you get what you pay for.

Grab These, You Won't Be Disappointed.
These are the best effects set around. For rusting and other effects, these are the best in the business.

Worth the price for brilliant effects
I've only used the Rust and Verdigris bottles so far, but the wonderful ease of use and realism of the effect is astounding. These bottles are a lot of fun to use in combination with other effects paints as well (seen in photo). I paid just under $60 for all three and, while that price is high per bottle, I think these are worthy additions to even a casual painter's toolkit for realistic effects done in a very short amount of time.

Wonderful stuff
Gave the heavy rust look I wanted and the bloated green body the model needed. A bit difficult to use, at first but well worth the effort to figuring it out.

Phenomenal
There’s a reason why a lot of content creators use this in their videos. It truly is liquid talent.

Not like the youtube videos
The media could not be loaded. The moss is... meh? Very splotchy which is weird. I drench a base in the moss and it has bare spots. The rust is awful, the few spots orange pops up vs the black coat applied is ridiculous.Yes I shook by hand for 5-10mins and then I also shook by machine for 5-10mins.I don't see any thick glob residues like the YT videos point out.Maybe mine was defective?
