Why is there no BPA-free disclaimer like other brands?

No clue. I am guessing because they are made in China and probably have BPA.

Do these gloves use BPA?

The box does not say they are BPA free. Food safe, latex free, powder free. Interchangeable within ur hands and one size fits all.

Will these fit over a finger splint?

I have been wearing these a lot for food prep because I have a splint on my thumb. The thumb still fits in these gloves.

What is the size of the box?

The 500 pack box is 9.25” Long, 5.25” Wide, and 2.25” Deep (thick). The Glove fit on the average medium to large size hands just fine. Very Convenient for food prep.
