This is dreadful. It simply doesn't work as described. You need to have both apps open and both on WiFi for the bracelets to work which defeats the whole concept of simply tapping the bracelet and sending a buzz. DO NOT BUY THIS. I bought this so my daughter and I could love buzz each other when she started her new secondary school. It was meant to be a lovely mummy daughter thing.

Easy to pair, long life battery .Good stuff . Bit of expensive but this is a very good gift for couple.

Ok I was abit dubious to buy these bracelets as previous reviews was bad but my partner very wanted it so I caved 🤣1 , only 1 charger worked so I bought a replacement so my wife could travel and charge that was a set back but not end of the world2 , we struggled abit connecting to the app but eventually the device used a code itself to pair up you have to keep your phone close for it to work not to bad bit be aware ....3.. the battery lasted 4 days for me and 5 my wife I believe it depends on how many signals you send I was using it more even though she wanted it lol ....4, I don't know if it's waterproof we have been careful with them so can't comment on that5, you can customise in th app colours and 3 signals you can also have it light and vibrant to calls and specifically just your parents number if yiu want which is nice and send messages to each other on the app my wife loves that aspectAll on all we are enjoying the bracelets if you can get past a few minor bugs it's a cute loving way to keep in touch and feel that bond and connection when apart

Fab idea and purchased as a birthday present for my niece. Just to find it won’t pair with her mobile even though we both have iPhones it paired on mine. Customer service useless as asked for a video of the problem - how can I do that when she’s over 100 miles away - and never heard back from them when I stated this. Collecting her one back today and returning which is such a shame

We had to get replacement bracelets sent as the first set didn't work, however after a quick and easy interaction with the seller we got replacements sent and they are absolutely amazing, we love them. Thank you , 😊

Idea is great as I work long hours so can't always look at my phone but keeps disconnecting even with my phone in my pocket and the bracelet has snapped only ordered in April and the partner is very careful with it.EDIT: Company contacted me and offered a replacement or refund and got the replacement after couple of days was so easy for a replacement and glad I got it as I do really like this product
