can this paint be used on nails?

Well... It is a acrylic paint and could be used, however it will not last as long as a Nail Polish would and washes off your skin easily. It is also very thin, being designed for airbrushing, so it would take a long time to apply a good coat unless you airbrush it. If you where to airbrush it onto the nail and then apply a clear nail varnish over the top it could work well, but you would need to test the clear nail varnish first to ensure it doesn't act as a solvent for the paint.

I don't think you can go wrong with these paints ,I have been using Vallejo for many years now. The Vallejo air can be used straight from the bottle and into your airbrush without thinning so are ideal for starting out.

The Model Air paints are pre-thinned version of the Model Colour acrylic paint range. They should run through an airbrush straight from the bottle. However, you may need to further thin the paint when using smaller airbrush needles. Experiment with the consistency to find what sprays smoothly through your equipment.

This product is designed to be used through an Airbrush, the paints are pre-thinned for ease of use and can be directly added to the airbrush hopper. When applied to your miniatures via this method you will get a smooth thin coat. This product is not designed for brushing on but they do provide the same paints in a brushable format in the Model Colour range.
