I just bought this thinking it would help me with hair growth in certain areas. But as I was reading the manual it had a disclaimer that you would lose hair in the first two to three weeks as the dead hair fell out... nowhere in the description on amazon did it say that you would experience more hair loss in the first few weeks. On top of that, it said that could wash your hair often just not with shampoo and conditioner. Had I known these things I wouldn't have brought this product.I would like to add for those who wish to try this product out that I'm not saying this product doesn't help hair growth. It could help but I would never know because I did not try it out and put it straight into the trash. So if you want to try it be aware of not being able to shampoo and condition your hair along with losing more hair in the first two to three weeks.Updated*Customer service is super nice and has reached out to me. They were able to clarify about not using shampoo or conditioner by saying " for best results, we do not recommend shampooing your hair. We hope you can try to reduce using the shampoo and conditioner. However, you can wash it if needed, but try not to wash it within 5-6 hours after using our product."

I have been using minoxidil for quite sometime and it usually makes my hair very dry and rough. The pump action is a bit hard when you are trying to spray. My hair has a softness to it when I use it everyday. Plus in less than a month I am beginning to see new little hairs beginning to grow. I recommend this product for anyone who has noticed their hair beginning to thin.

I think selling 2% to women is a bit of a rip off, tbh. Women should buy the 5%. I didn't use this product more than a few times.
