These are very comfortable to wear and don't fall easily because they really go in the ear.

Great value for the price. I have had these for these for nearly two years and the sound quality continues to better than units that cost 4x as much. There are sometimes static issues on certain fields, always when an AR is in the same location on that field, but we manage through it. The benefits far outweigh the short burst of robot static. Pairing is simple; just follow the instructions. Once paired, they reconnect the next time with a simple double-tap of the A button. The batteries easily last through four-game tournament days, and I have had no issues using them in the rain. I have had to replace my most heavily used earpieces, but they are inexpensive, especially on AliE----ss. I highly recommend this set, especially with the case!

I am very pleased with my GaiRen Right Ear Referee Earphone. The headset ear hook fits perfectly and keeps the earphone firmly in place the entire time I am using it. The sound quality is great and it is priced very reasonably. I have already recommended this product to my friends and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality earphone at a great price.

This product feels good in my ear as a referee. But I always need to use some clear tape to keep it on otherwise it's not very secure in the ear when running. The connection is good with the system I use, I like the quality and the feel, but it lacks a bit when it comes to performance at a high level, because it won't stay put. I think it's a good product for the price, and the performance issue can be easily fixed with a small piece of tape.

I have had these headsets for less than 2 years and one them has already stopped working. I Use them to referee soccer. The connectivity can sound very robotic for short to medium periods during our match that can create a miscommunication issue. I’ve notice that I have to reset them and pair the headsets together after each use to give the best chance of success but I haven’t really found a solution to the issue. With one of the devices just not working at all, I am down to 3 and in a 4 man crew that doesn’t really work. Only option would be to buy another single device. Pairing them is not horribly difficult, but sometimes they don’t pair correctly requiring you to start over and reset them all. If someone walks out of distance from the others, the connection to that device is bad for the rest of the use. I have to reset and pair them all again to reestablish the connectivity. I don’t use them on every game I do and would estimate them to have been used less than 50 times in the 2 years that I’ve owned them. I have a hard time justifying their value for the amount of use I’ve gotten out of them considering one of them already stopped working, and it was the least used of them all. The durability seems to be in question. With that all being said, when they work, they are a decent system and if you don’t do anything to cause one of the bugs I mentioned above, the system will work fine. Decent value for the money, but it sure does have some issues and weird kinks to work around that can be frustrating.

Could never get all 3 to pair. I could pair the first two with no issues. When I tried to pair device two and three, device would never flash when I long pressed the A button on device 2. I factory reset the devices multie times and changed the order of the devices but nothing ever worked. I really wanted these devices to work and was excited to use them during games but sadly I had to send them back.

Fits the small ears! Hugs the inner lobe for a tight and comfortable fit. I never have to worry about it falling out while I’m officiating.
