This small roasting is brilliant the size is ideal if you want to cook a small chicken or small joint . I use it mainly for roast potatoes it will hold about 10 medium size. The material it’s made of is very heavy and the none stick element seems very good quality. It’s the best small roasting tin I have ever used . (So far)

Sturdy dish
A very heavy, good quality dish for items size. Excellent for roasting, Yorkshire pudding. Good, non stick surface. Easy to clean. One of the best dishes I have ever bought.

Sadly the nine stick didn’t last.
I brought this a short while ago , wow I really thought I had finally found a roasting tin that didn’t stick.. I was so excited, no more roast potatoes sticking to the bottom, no more metal bits coming off and sticking to the roast potatoes. Sadly it didn’t last, after a few wonderful meals, the odd ones started to stick, then more until I literally had to scrap them off. I followed the rules to the letter hence I gave it just three as it worked to begin with for a short while. But I can’t give it anymore.. the hunt now goes on for the perfect none stick tin.

Avoid, quality is the worst I've ever seen, won't last. Non-Stick peels even without use!
I wish I'd read the other reviews first before buying, but I went and bought 2 of these based on seeing they also had a 20 year guarantee.On arrival, I put them in the dishwasher (it states they are Dishwasher-Safe) before I cooked with them.To my horror already the non-stick coating has lifted on two corners, see photo of one corner. These are not from scratches or stacking/knocks, just terrible quality.On closer inspection, I can feel one of these tins is rough to the feel compared to the one that hasn't peeled. It might be a quality control issue, but I'm sending both back to Amazon and replacing with another brand and will never look at MasterClass again.I'm certain if I'd keep these, in a matter of weeks or months they'd peel further as the evidence in other reviews show.

Just right - not too big and cleans as it says it would! Worth every penny and so much better than cheaper items which are in the bin in no time!

USED 4 TIMES IN A MONTH, NO METAL UTENSILS AND IT STILL SCRATCHED!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
Got this the first week in May. Paid 30 bucks for this and used it 4 times and IT ALREADY IS SCRATCHED BUT BY WHAT I DON'T KNOW!!! I DON'T OWN any metal utensils anymore, but it still scratched; I don't clean with anything but hot cloth/sponge and soap!! I have no fingernails to speak of either, I type too much. This is NOT from China but the UK!!! I'll keep it until the coating wears off but . . . NOT WORTH $30 TO ME --- more like $19.99 --- and even that would be just over the limit. I don't know how to get a pic here but 5 scratches in a 1 month old pan should not happen. Sending it back!!!
