This mushroom mix is ​​incredible. I bought it with my doubts because I'm not a person who really likes to drink anything. I also thought that the flavor would not be pleasant, but I was very wrong. This powder improves general well-being, energy, and concentration. I mix it with my coffee and some juices. I've always heard about the benefits of mushrooms, and I'm very happy to be able to consume it in such a simple way since it doesn't change the flavor of my coffee. High quality mushrooms. Also a good mix of mushroom types. My wife hates mushrooms, but puts this in her shakes cuz she can't taste it. Not overpowering.

Read the fine print. It’s only 4 ounces cannot be returned. Haven’t tried it yet I hope it’s worth the price.Edit: I understand now, the scoop included is much smaller so you don’t need as much as other brands. I’m on my third day so I’ll give it a chance.

I’m giving this 5 stars because of the mild flavor and subtle added energy I have noticed. I have been adding this to my regular coffee every day for about 2 months. The taste is mild and pleasing and because my coffee is so strong I can barely notice the flavor of the mushroom powder. If anything, it enhances my coffee. It took a few weeks but I started noticing that I didn’t require a nap during the day. I don’t feel at all jittery, just more alert. I have been on airplanes during the height of flu season and around people that I know to be sick and have not picked up anything. I suppose this could be attributed to the immune system benefits but there is no way to know that for sure. I was hoping that the claims of lowering blood sugar that I have seen on other brands would be true but I haven’t had luck with that. With that said, I plan to keep using this powder unless I find a good reason to give it up.

Love this powder it has mixability,immune system, mood improvement, quality is way better than others I’ve tried. Wish it was about $5 lesser in cost. Great Energy booster.
