Is this for woman if not is their a smaller one

Well, I've been using this for years along with the original Only the Brave (Blue) and as fas as I'm aware it's for men... However most of these things can be used by both male and female... Hope this helps?

Does it last long and what does it smell like

I bought the wrong one for my brother! But he loves it. It's a heavier smell than the other Diesel products. It is quite spicy/fruity more of a musk that's what i meant by heavy but it seems to last. That's about as helpful as i can be hope it helps a bit. You need to smell it for yourself.

Does it come in a proper packaging? Buying as a gift so want it to be the real thing & packaged.
