Cold Head Hat, Ice Head Wrap, Ice Pack Cap -LightGreen

I get bad headaches and migraines quite often which have been exacerbated by a lingering neck injury. My freezer is full of ice packs in preparation because I use at least two everytime I get a 'flair up'. I have to judge the level of pain each time to find the right tshirt to wrap the ice packs in so they stay where I need them and deliver the right amount of cold - too much makes the headache worse and too little does nothing at all. I was finally inspired to just buy one when my aunt was raving about her knee sleeve we got her that is the same concept and I found this one for ten bucks. I had very low expectations but pretty high hopes and I gotta say I am impressed. It's comfortable to get on/off. It's not tight but still stays where you put it. It's sized pretty perfectly and fits all the way down around the base of the skull which is where mine are often starting from. It's the perfect level of cold and stays that way for a while. I was afraid it would be nice for about 30 seconds and then start feeling warm, but it lasted a good long while. It doesn't have a smell which I was really worried about because smells with a migraine are absolutely awful. Make sure you don't accidentally throw away the zippered plastic bag they send with it to place it in in the freezer. They say it's to prevent water evaporatiin but I put all my packs in bags anyway so they don't get freezer smell on them.

Love it, as soon as I got it i was so happy! It is not flimsy and cheap. Well made and thick, holds cold and dispersed it properly! Makes my headache bearable. Would recommend 100% 🙌

I love this cooling cap. I have 4 different, similar, migraine/cooling caps and I prefer this one. It does not stay cold for long amounts of time, but none of them do. It doesn’t take much time for it to cool down once you place it in the freezer. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I get cluster headaches as well as migraines. This cap does an amazing job of cooling my head as well as my body temperature down in a quick amount of time.This cap cools quickly, it comes in a small clear bag to use when placing the cap in the freezer, it’s a fun purple color, and it has an opening for a ponytail. It’s a good price point and seems to be durable. I have only had this one for a couple of months, but so far so good. The material is super soft and it’s as comfortable as a cooling cap can be.If you have been searching for a cooling cap look no further, buy this one. It’s worth it.

Got this to wear while cutting grass. Am in the "heat dome." Temps 97-101 for weeks plus very high humidity. Pleased to say, it feels great and kept my head cool. I go out at 6:15 or so to mow; at that time is between 77 and 80 degrees and 91 humidity. This hat stayed cold/cool for about 20 or so minutes, enough to get half my yard done. Then it goes back in the freezer. Can do other half next morning. This is a big help. Very pleased.

I loved the teal one so much that I ordered another one but in blue. I was shocked to discover that the blue one has a seam on the nose, that really bothered me, and the fabric wasn't as soft! I'm sending it back. I don't understand why the color would affect it this much. I thought I was just imagining it since I had a bad migraine so I got out the teal one and it felt so much nicer!

I was a little anxious to order this online because the last time I ordered one it was really thin and stayed cold for about 10 minutes. I’m glad I took the chance because this one is thick and actually stays cold long enough to be effective. I should have read the description better because I thought it would Velcro like the other but it stretches around. Which is totally my fault but I thought I’d mention it in case someone else overlooked that too. I’ve gotten used to it pretty quickly though.

I get heat induced cluster migraines a lot and this is so perfect for them. It’s super comfortable even when frozen. Like it doesn’t get hard or stiff when it’s cold.It can give you brain freeze if you put it on straight out the freezer tho but if you give it just a minute to warm up it’s not bad.Sometimes I put it on when I just want to relax with some earbuds and a podcast.I really love this thing

It fits snug which is good. And it gets cold fast in the freezer.It's really soothing... should have bought one sooner
