I don’t know exactly but my family and I have used this brand for years. We take as directed on the bottle. Bulk Supplements sells the powder form you can measure out but they are sold separately.

Extra microfiltration steps in the manufacturing process leave no functional soy or microorganism particles available for human consumption.
