I heard from a botanical group that this herb at night would lower my tolerance for kratom in the morning, so I decided to try it. And it works! I'm totally full of energy again and pain free when I take my doses of green kratom, and no longer having to mix in the red vein kind to try to bump up its pain relieving properties. I can't really say anything about this relieving pain... ? Because I take it at night. It doesn't affect my sleep in any way. And it's supposed to boost immunity - something I can use since I have a weak immune system anyway - but I can't really comment on that yet because I haven't been taking it long enough to know if it's causing me to get sick less.

This stuff has really worked well for me. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have for almost 40 years. The drugs for this disease are truly scary, so I am constantly looking for alternatives. While waiting for a Doctor's appointment, I saw an article about how this can help people with arthritis, so I asked my doctor about it and we agreed it was worth a shot. Within 3 months I was off of Plaquenil and Voltaren and for the first time in years have had little joint pain during the change of season, always a bad time for me. Got what I ordered, no complaints. I didn't see any mention in the description, but for anyone wondering the contents of the capsule are in powdered form. It looks just like others I've used. Can't test potency but I trust this brand.
