I work in a steel factory and assemble steel brackets for local businesses in Wisconsin and contractors across the country. Its very important to take care of my hands and wrists. Over time, my wrists started to hurt and be painful at times. With these, I squeeze the handles and the pain slowly goes away and I can feel my wrists slowly build strength. The ease of use is outstanding and value for money is well worth it. I would highly highly recommend these to anyone who wants to build strength back in their wrists or to use for a simple wrist exercise. These are outstanding for me as I absolutely will use them every day.

Rather cheaply made, but it was inexpensive so I guess there's that. They kind of "stick" when squeezed and aren't made as well as others I've seen, but they will still serve the purpose they're meant for.

I had wrist surgery and needed something to help regain strength. I used these in addition to my prescribed occupational therapy. I keep one my car and one by my TV watching chair for easy access and use. I do reps with the spring facing up and then turn the spring down for more reps. For me, they have served their purpose well & I recommend them for those wanting improve, or maintain, wrist strength.

I bought a pair of these for my 85-year-old father-in-law who was having trouble closing his fist. He was watching TV and half an hour later he comes into the kitchen and show his tightly clinched fist. These hand grips did the job almost immediately. The price is right and they seem well made. Highly recommended. They are easy to use.
