I recently installed the HOTOR Bling License Plate Frame in white, and it looks amazing on my car. The rhinestones sparkle beautifully in sunlight, and after a few washes, none have fallen off. A surprise for my wife. She really likes the amount of fake (plastic) diamonds on the plate holder edges and the the screw head covers - only snapped on rear plates, front has a bit larger screw head, so I will have to find smaller heads, based on the pre-existing front bumper plate holder. As everything is plastic, but looks good, obviously in time the plastic will deteriate. The mounting screws, two, are metal. You get what you pay for. One plate holder per order.

Very cute. The gems do fall off, in time, but they give you spare gems. I had mine for 4 years before I had to replace them. They’re definitely worth the money.

Sparkly and the screw caps are great. It came with 2 sets of screws. They didn’t fit my car, but I just used the screws I already had. I love that it has placement holders on the back for the bottom of the plate to prevent it from hitting again my car.
