The product is excellent however my order should have contained 60ct and I was sent one box of 30. I had a difficult time resolving the issue. Today I received another box to 30 completing the order however I fear I’ll be charged twice… just be aware!

One touch Ultra Plus Diabetic Test Strips I recently ordered and received are exactly what I needed for my Ultra Plus One Touch Diabetic Testing Machine! They arrived in sealed boxes exactly just like the ones I used to purchase at the local pharmacy but at a price that’s more affordable. These have been hard to find at the area’s pharmacies but Amazon has plenty of options. These best thing is that they are original OEM test strips. This makes all the difference when using them.

While the unit works to provide blood sugar measurements on the display screen, they have no customer support. I specifically chose their device for updates to be sent to my Fitbit, but the device won't connect. I have reset it, tried several times, but get nothing more than a blank screen when trying to connect to the device from Fitbit. All other medical/health devices work pretty much flawlessly. I've emailed customer support several times. I get nothing in response to my questions and request for assistance. The device, even though advertised to connect to Fitbit simply doesn't, and customer support is completely non responsive.

Good price in a pinch. Medicare prescription is cheaper.
