How well does it stick to cardboard boxes?

I used it on cardboard and it did excellent. The only thing I did wrong was I didn’t put enough on the other side. I covered a piece to put behind a litter box.

Is this heat resistant?

I don’t know where you are putting it but I wouldn’t put it close to a heat source like a small heater. I would be afraid of causing a fire.

Is this more blue or teal looking colors ?

My wife says it's vintage blue. It looks the same as the picture. The texture and color of the contact paper looks very nice and almost real.

Will this fall down if on bathroom wall from steam of showers?

Not sure, I used my on some shelving in a kitchen rental. I wouldn’t even suggest to purchase this wallpaper, very thin and rips a lot while putting it up. Research more, better quality out there. Try like target or Home Depot, and Lowe’s
