Well invested money
My way to evaluate products is to read the 1 and 2 star review first, because the 4 or 5 star reviews might be fake or somewhat fake. I got this tool set yesterday and put it to work right away. I cannot confirm the 1 and 2 star reviews. This toolset is solid, it is easy to assemble and it is sharp as a razor blade. I am very pleased with this purchase. It is certainly well invested money, and I will purchase from this company and the seller again when I need something else.

I use it all the time!!!
Works great!!! Used for turning everything from pens to bowls and with several different types of wood. I will be buying additional sets so I don’t have to change back and forth between tips for different projects.

Not long lasting
I was happy with the feel of the tools but the carbide tips seem to loose their edge pretty quickly I purchased extras but going through them pretty fast also.

Very satisfied and recommend
Nice selection of tools. As an afterthought I believe I would’ve upgraded the purchase to the 2 handles with sander package. That said I recommend this Deefine tool set. Very satisfied. Good bang for the buck.

My son used these to make his own baseball bat
So I bought a cheapo lathe from HD and the tools it came with were terrible (shocker I know). So I got these for my son to use. He was amazed on how much easier it was, LOL. The tools are nice and sharp, he used them on an Oak billet (which is very hard wood). It cut through the wood perfectly. This is a good set for beginners. The case it comes with is also nice.

Need more handles
Price is great for what you get, but need more handles. One more handles would nice, but need two so that you are not changing tools all the time. Handles are 25.00 each or buy another set with two handles for 60.00

Lathe tools
These lathe tools works well, easy to use and sharpening is easy. Very nice for the money.

Quality and ease of use
Quality chisels. Very heavy duty and thick. Easy to attach to the handle. The handles are a little light so balance is not centered for a good grip and feel. But those chisels are awesome. For the price you can’t pass on these. With the exception of the handles they are worthy of 5 stars.
