My cats Gargy, Lily Rosie and Rainbi love it. The materials seem very strong and it is easy to put together if you are organized and follow the instructions.It was delivered quickly and all in an excellent condition.

This is by far the best purchase I did for my cats. I have been a furparent for 3 years now but I never bough a cat tree for them. The reason is I do have a very little space for it and buying from pet-shops are too expensive for me. Thank you to this seller because not only its affordable for its design but the quality and sturdiness is great!! As long as there is no loose screws, you just gotta screw it tightly then no woobly issues at all. I have 5 cats in different sizes, I got 8kg, 4kg and 3kgs cat but all of them could go to all levels of the tree. Overall I am a happy and satisfied buyer. Thank you seller

The circular cup plastic was damaged . I wonder if this one item can be replaced even just the plastic cup?

I don't know if it's the delivery's fault but one of the plastic bowls was cracked and it looked like a piece of the bowl is missing so I'm thinking it was broken before it was delivered. I've only discovered it after I was halfway through assembling the cat tree so I didn't bother return it. Just beware that you might receive a broken piece. Otherwise the tree still holds pretty well.

My cats absolutely love this product

For its price, this tree is huge!! Took me few hours to assemble but it was worth it. My 5 cats liked it. It's a shame that the globes were missing T^T will have to find replacement as its very dangerous for the cats, especially my blind one.
