Definitely worth purchasing
These are incredible, my husbands snoring was driving me insane, it was really loud really deep and all night long. I bought these in the hope they would hep because the wax ear plugs I usually use were not affective. These do exactly what the say they do, they are comfortable and block out 99% of the noise from my husband’s snoring, which means I get a full nights sleep and he don’t keep getting nudged in the back. Definitely worth the price and definitely worse the purchase if snoring is affecting your sleep.

Works a dream
I very rarely post reviews but I just had to on this product — to reassure anyone who’s been going through similar to my husband and I. We haven’t shared a bed in over a year due to his incessant and loud snoring, and my quality of sleep was severely impacted. Since using the ear plugs, we have been able to share a bed again and my quality of sleep has massively improved. They are incredibly comfortable and sit in the ear really well. I’m a side sleeper and there is no issue with sleeping on my side when using these as they are super soft and the quality vs cost cannot be compared. I’ve used loops in the past and they do not touch these. They don’t fall out if you put them in correctly and I believe that they should last for 100 sleeps? I’ve been using them for a month now with no issues. They come with a small carry case to keep them in so was able to take them on holiday recently too.

Okay
They’re comfortable and great for side sleepers, but unfortunately they don’t block out very loud or high-pitched noise. Best for mild noise only.

Overrated and poor quality ear plugs consider buying cheaper reusable ear plugs for better value
There are several things wrong with this ear plugs starting from Design > Durability > Price Design Dual ear rings is not sufficient rather poor design to isolate sound noises and its also major problem of this ear plug if your inner ear rings plastic are not within the your ear canals then this ear plug won't isolate and reduce any sound noises To have max noise reduction you need both ear rings to be inside your ear canals to effectively reduce any noises which essentially hurts your ear when you're sleeping I had ear discharge due to this design related reason and I will be returning this poor ear plugs not worth the hassle and experience For sensitive noise sleepers try ear plugs with more than 2 ear rings Suggestion triple ear rings is required to sufficiently reduce the noise problem also found in cheaper new knock off ear plugs how come with all the years of sleep ear plugs research never came to find to this conclusion Noise reducing gel is definitely comfortable while sleeping sideways however that comfort all goes away when all of the ear rings are required to be inside your ear canals to reduce max noise as possible Next problem is Durability of these ear plugs within a week of usage my sweat has managed to weaken the effectiveness or strength of noise reducing gel to lower value and has become much softer over long duration of use that goes for the silicone ear rings too and rewashing these under warm water 25-30C will degrade it even further thus warm water below these temp should slow down the degradation of durability and that's why 100x reuse number should be taken with grain of salt and effectively or realistically its 10% of the actual advertised value 10x is the most realistic out of my usage and experience Next one is the price of these ear plugs Economics of these ear plugs don't make any sense when considering the design quality and durability of these ear plugs Why buy this 1x "re-usable"("word" is doubt) ear plug when its much cheaper to buy throaway ear plugs which does much better job and much cheaper than buying 1x poor quality "re-usable" ear plugs I bought this ear plugs thinking it was and will be going to be good reusable ear plugs so I don't have to need to purchase throw away earplugs to trash the environment with more of my consumption but sadly that's not the case in reality due to reasons above

Brilliant ear plugs
These are the first plugs I've used that haven't hurt my ears at all. Easy put in and take out, and block the noise really well. Would definitely recommend.

Work well but they hurt!!
So, my partner snores so badly it's like living with a helicopter. After months of sleep deprivation, sleeping on the floor and basically being miserable I invested in these ear plugs. I've ordered several over the last 9 months. They really work, I now sleep better than I have ever before. BUT they really hurt. I wake up every morning with sore ears. This might just be that I've got a weird sized ear canal. Because the small size are too small and the mediums hurt as the ribbed bits rub. I had a bad ear infection from them and had water discharge. Even with the pain they are worth it for the sleep, but I'm concerned I'm harming my ears. I've decided to try a different brand next and see if there's an improvement.

Comfortable and block out most noise.
Love these ear plugs. They are comfortable and block out enough background noise to help me sleep at night.

Decent night sleep !
My boyfriend has recently moved in and his snoring was driving me mad.I brought him nose strips & anti-snoring pillow and nothing helped. This was my last resort and I was finally able to fall asleep. Now I won’t say I couldn’t hear him at all. I still could but it’s faint enough that it allows me to sleep. I find that it fits my ears perfectly I have to give it a bit of a squeeze and adjusting but once it’s properly adjusted it hasn’t fallen out. I sleep on my side and wake up several times a night it’s never fallen out. I don’t use it every night maybe 3/4 times a week but so far the only thing that allows me to also have a decent night sleep.

I'm married to a snorer. It hasn't always been this way. It has progressed with age I suppose. I try to fall asleep in our own bed but most nights, I end up in the guest bed which quite frankly, is a dynamite nights sleep. I have tried ALL the other brands of ear plugs from foam, to the putty, to the black ones with the little ring. I even gave my pair of shop headphones a whirl and they didn't work at all! We had a vacation planned where our hotel stay was in one room. Thankfully, there were two, Queen beds. I took my black ear plugs with the little ring. They worked really well however, after three nights of wearing them, my inner ear was in pain. That little black ring is not comfortable for a side sleeper like me. I came home and ordered these ear plugs. I'm not a fan of wearing them nightly, but I wanted to give them a try to see how comfortable they were. After all ... there will be other travel nights in hotel rooms and I wanted to find something comfortable to wear. These fit the bill ... seriously! They do not cancel out 100% of the noise, but they do muffle it enough that I can sleep much more comfortably. Having another bed all to myself helps a lot too. They are easy to insert and take out and they are comfortable ... well as comfortable as an ear plug can be. If you're married to a snorer too ... there is help. These ear plugs are comfortable and effective. You deserve a good nights sleep. Give these a whirl.

I’ve had a pair of the Loops Quiet (version 1) for a year and although they’re decent, these alpine dream sleep were SO MUCH COMFIER. I’m a side sleeper and these ones don’t stick out of my ear or have any “hard” parts, they’re sort of an oval shape compared to a more circular one so they fit in my ear better. They’re quite soft and easy to put in. As for sound blocking I can hear my alarms and some other sounds but it blocks out a lot of background noise - I’m a light sleeper and it really helps me relax and not feel like I’m gonna hear something to wake me up. I can sort of hear some snoring but very muffled. And they stay put in my ears all night - sometimes my other ones would slip out. Have been sleeping pretty solidly whenever I have them in and that’s usually a problem for me.
