First of all, I searched for quite a while looking for a notebook specifically for meetings that would have places to get the important information organized but still have room for details for my meetings. You would be surprised at how many “Meeting” notebooks there are where the pages just had basic lines but cost 5-10x more than the equivalent I could pickup at Walmart!! If there was something that kind of annoyed me it was the small looped tab on the side to hold my writing utensil. It’s a personal preference so I won’t let it take away from the notebook itself because it’s really a nice item to have during meetings.

Great notebook to stay organized with in-person work meetings, several of my coworkers have noticed and complimented my organization since getting this notebook. Just as pictured, the covers are a pliable plastic and the pages are thick enough that an ordinary pen doesn’t bleed through. I added my own bookmark for help finding the page I’m currently at.

Love my new notebook! It is perfect for my internship to keep track of meetings with clients and my supervisor. Love it!

Great for informal meetings

I will buy this again. I use it everyday. It’s a nice size and keeps things organized. It’s nice quality.

If you attend or host many meetings for work (or other), this notebook is for you! Spiral binding keeps pages flat, and there's plenty of room for notes as well as other pertinent information. Pages are nice quality but you won't want to write with a thick felt-tip marker as it will probably bleed through. Space in the back for loose notes, business cards, etc. Notebook is a good size for your desktop or tossing into a messenger bag, and 160 pages will last most people quite a while. Very happy with this meeting notebook!

This is a nice notebook if you want/need one specifically for meeting notes. It's a decent size but compact enough not to add significant weight to your laptop bag or other supplies. If you write with a really heavy pen, you likely won't be able to use both sides of the sheet. I use a pencil (so I can erase if I make an error, not that I ever have) and didn't experience any issues or any tearing while erasing. I think this is a reasonable option if you're in the market for this kind of notebook.

Using this to take notes in meeting and provide follow-up notes to myself, finding that the pages are a td small. for a 15-30 min meeting, this is no issue but for those meetings that run an hour i run out of space. Notebook is good quality

The overall quality and spiral binding are solid, and it comes with a convenient pen loop to keep things together. The paper is thick and it has a small inner pocket to store smaller/flat items. Overall it’s a decent product.

I have two weekly meetings with two different managers and this notebook is perfect for keeping everything documented for future reference. I especially like the table of contents at the beginning so I can always find exactly what I am looking for later. If you have a lot of meetings and like to keep things organized with pen and paper, I highly recommend this notebook.
