NRS Healthcare Standers EZ Adjustable Bed Support Rail

This thing has been a god send. I fall out of bed fairly often and always would really hurt myself. I also struggled to get in and out of bed. This has provided relief for both problems. The fact it has mesh pockets on BOTH sides is fantastic! I store my switch and phone in the big one, medication and other things in the smaller ones. The pockets on the outside are great for holding items related to personal care for easy access by a carer or someone. I'm pretty weighty, and it barely budged when I pull on it to get up or when I roll against it or even push outright. The only thing for me was there are no places to tie the strap on a bed base with drawers, so I tried to tie it around the feet of the two sections of bed base but it still slightly slides about. Barely though. My other little niggle is that the pockets sleeve slides back so the pockets go all baggy. I'm trying to think of a way to secure it. But overall, this thing has saved me from injuring myself, makes me feel generally safe (Like being little again haha) and has provided a great quality of life improvement. If as an adult you fall out of bed or even just want that extra protection this is absolutely worth the money! The fact it folds down and can be extended are just fantastic. You wont be disappointed!

This item was worth buying . It keeps myself and my puppy safe from falling out of my high bed. And is so easy to lift up and down . Also the extending part on the rail is another great safety feature too. Even though I thought this rail was slightly expensive. Now after having received it I can honestly say it is well worth the money. Very sturdy and well made. And also the best safety bed rail I have ever come across. And due to being disabled myself I have tried others before this one. And can honestly say this is the best of all.

Well built, easy to put together (legs for under mattress and cross member need to be installed along with strap) No instruction on how the strap is to go, found out it should go under mattress around legs of bed then tightened.Draw backs, I have a 11 inch deep mattress but the two pivot points when sat on the bed tend to stick into your legs if not careful so any not so deep mattress's care needed. Have turned the bars around (see main picture) I now have pivot/locks down other end , also a bit awkward to get to the locks when wanting to fold down as mattress is in the way. Solo operation difficult.Marks: 8/10 does the job.

Easy to assemble, folds down which is useful for bed making etc. Adjustable in length to suit use. Has pockets which are handy to put a book, glasses etc in. Very good product, but you can't fold down while lying in bed for understandable reasons.

Bought for elderly mum to care for elderly dad. The mechanisms to fold down and extend are really smooth and easy- this is not the case with many other products.I would prefer a rigid pole to hook over the bed frame to hold in place but the strap does work when tightened.

Despite being sold as suitable for divan beds, it is not. The straps have no way of securely fastening to a divan bed, as it requires a bed frame to latch onto after the straps are wrapped around. We attempted various methods of fastening the strap to itself or to the divan bed feet as others suggested in the reviews, however none of these prevented the rail from sliding around under the mattress, rendering it an inadequate support (and frankly dangerous for the elderly). This product is not fit for purpose for divan beds and is mis-sold as such. We even accidentally damaged the bed trying to find a way of securing this so that it functioned as a support as well as a bed rail as we were desperate to get something in place for an elderly relative returning from hospital. Very cross and a complete waste of time.As an aside, the manufacturer does not provide any instructions on how to fit the rail to a divan bed and all diagrams show it on a bed with a frame. Advert is misleading.

What an excellent bed rail my husband is bed bound and after falling out of bed while he was asleep was afraid of doing it again but with the bed rail up he now sleeps a lot sounder. I also like the way you can extend it at night for extra security and fold it down so when I need to change and wash him it is not in the way. The service was excellent too came the next day, well worth the money just for the peace of mind it gives, would highly recommend this product.

Ok for what we needed . Put cost way to much for what there are
