Update, I have had this blender for awhile now & I still love it - I love that it is powerful , it doesn’t back down from the challenges I put it through ( previous blenders would often spin out & puff my smoothies up so that the blades spin under the mix - if that makes sense ). The wide base also makes this SUPER EASY TO CLEAN !! I have owned several blenders in my life and this is, by far, the best one I have ever owned . Caveat, I have purchase most of mine at bed bath & beyond & have tended to stay at a middle-of-the-road price point (maximizing sales & their 30% coupons).. however, this one is just better - powerful, easy to use & easy to clean - that’s all I need .. it is also, the first plastic cup blender I’ve owned & therefore will be the first one I won’t shatter ..haha

However the plastic jar was broken but on contacting the customer support, the response was quick and the Customer service representative (Roy) was courteous and assured replacement / full refund of the product. Very happy with the overall experience of this product and would strongly recommend to our family / friends as well.

NOT WORKING 😔. I bought it as a gift for my sister, and when I gave it to her the return period was finished! The main station (the engine) started making weird sounds once we turned it on, and started smelling like something burning, then some black powder came out of the bottom of it! I have the same one I’ve bought over a year ago from somewhere else and it’s perfectly working till today, that’s why I thought to buy the same one for my sister, but I regretted it!!!
