Cabin Air Filter Compatible With Tesla Model 3 and Model Y (4 Pack)

This 4-pack cabin air filter for the Tesla Model 3/Y completely exceeded my expectations. The overall QUALITY is excellent, the FIT is perfect, and the STURDINESS of the filters feels just as solid as the OEM ones. The improvement in AIR QUALITY was noticeable the moment I turned the fan back on — cleaner, fresher airflow right away. It’s also a great VALUE FOR MONEY since you get four high-quality filters for a fraction of what Tesla charges. The installation was simple, and the CLARITY OF INSTRUCTIONS made the whole process extremely easy. Honestly, this is a very, very good product and I’d absolutely buy it again. Installation was surprisingly easy — honestly way easier than I expected. This 4-pack cabin air filter for the Tesla Model 3/Y is a VERY, very good product and fits perfectly. Here’s exactly how I installed mine: 1. Move the passenger seat back Slide it all the way to give yourself space. 2. Remove the passenger-side lower panel Gently pull down the under-dash cover. It pops off with light pressure. 3. Unscrew the filter access door There’s one Torx screw holding the small panel. Remove it to access the filters. 4. Take out the old filters Tesla uses two filters stacked vertically. Pull the top one out first, then the bottom one. 5. Insert the new filters - Slide the bottom filter in first. - Then insert the top filter right above it. Make sure the airflow arrows point toward the back of the car. 6. Reinstall the access panel Put the cover back and tighten the single screw. 7. Snap the lower panel back on Press upward until all the clips click into place. 8. Enjoy cleaner air Immediate improvement — no weird smell, just fresh airflow. This whole job took under 10 minutes. Super easy and the filters fit perfectly.

After 15k miles my inside cabin was smelling nasty like barf, no lie. So many brands on Amazon with prices all over the spectrum it’s hard to decide. My concern was will it fit and does it work? Took a chance on this 4 pk (2pr) with pry tool & driver mainly since it mention H13 Hepa/carbon 3 layer. Cost ~$17 set Took about 15-30min to install, getting access upside down was a pain ( no need to disconnect speaker/light) but filters fit perfectly and slid right in place. Nothing else needed just button everything back up and go. Turned on A/C waited about 2s then BAM, fresh air!!!! It WORKED FRESH AIR & No STINK. SOLD

After receiving these, the the fit and finish of the actual products looks amazing. There's a good amount of carbon in them. It looks to be a true hepa filter. The box frame seems sturdy. There's the foam piece around the edge that helps kind of seal it better. The pull tabs are fabric. These install perfectly in my 2022 model Y without a hitch. A huge plus it comes with 2 filter sets, basically 4 pieces and the tools. The plastic pry tool probably isn't the best, but it definitely did help take out the pull tabs from underneath the glove box area. The unscrewing tool is a little star tool. It did help take out the screw. You just have to be super careful to not drop the screw, because the tool is not magnetic. I would also recommend you get an evaporator cleaner. Something that has a hose preferably to clean the evaporator coils. If you're gonna take out the filters anyways might as well clean the evaporator coils.

The sturdy frame is nice to have. It does make it just a little more cumbersome performing the replacement. It does smell fresh and it's a good way to get rid of the moldy smell.

Let's face it, Tesla is a great car to own and maintenance is next to nothing with the exception of changing the cabin filter. The first time i had the cabinet filter replaced I had the Tesla technician come out, after watching him and a few videos I felt comfortable doing it myself. I like the the inexpensive tool kit that comes with the filters. It took me about 10 minutes to change my filter and when my son came over with his Tesla to change his cabin filter I had it done in about 5 minutes. I would suggest that they provide an evaporator spray cleaner with that however it was not a problem for me to run down to the local automotive store and pick that up. This is really the most important part.....to make sure you spray the coils really well otherwise the smell can come back.

I was getting a foul smell from the original cabin filters after about a year and a half. I replaced them with these two years ago and they’ve been great. YouTube has videos showing the replacement process. Very easy. 10-15 minute job.

These filters appear to be good quality. I find it hard to give an accuate accessment of this type of product. It is hard to determine how well the cabin air is purified or cleaned, at this time.
