I bought this product primarily to relieve the pain & tension in my upper back/shoulders. As I work at a desk most of the time, I usually have regular massages to keep any back discomfort in check. Given the current lockdown situation this hasn’t been possible so I decided to try a roller. I based my purchase on the positive reviews this product has had and I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve never used one before and it has worked wonders! It is an extremely sturdy product and using it once a week has really kept the knots in check. It is quite wide so you need to have reasonable strength to move your body over the roller if it’s under your back but it is really worth it. Great price too!

The Supportiback foam roller order arrived on time and in good condition. Although there is no carry bag provided (not really necessary for home use) the included leaflet is useful and appreciated.The foam roller is firmer than I was expecting and very effective. My first experience using the foam roller was painful but gentle and repeated use provided the relief I was hoping for. It's well worth persevering with this excellent foam roller for the benefits of good muscle massages and pain relief. Highly recommended.

Product looks brilliant. Sturdy and well designed, but, like others, very disappointed that no bag provided (as in picture) and that the link to e-book doesn't seem to work (at least not without a facebook account?).Surely Amazon need to get suppliers to fully provide what they advertise? Looks like the supplier isn't bothered enough to react to all the previous complaints - surely they could get themselves to a more complete 5 star rating if they did?

After working 10-12 hour shifts 5 days a week on my feet for most of the day, my back and legs were giving me a lot of bother. I have tried therapists for deep tissue massages in the past, but a friend actually recommended trying this out.I was skeptical at first, but with perseverance and with the handy exercise guide included with the Foam Roller I can honestly say that it has helped a lot with pain and discomfort. Its durable and portable, so can take it with me to work when I get a break to roll away the pain.I recommend this to anyone who is suffering from back pain, or any muscular discomfort.Many ThanksRyan

So the product is pretty good I cant fault it. The only reason for the lower review is because the image is misleading. No bag or book included. Would give 4.5 stars otherwise

I was recommended this product by a friend, I have arthritis in my spine so thought I would give it a go. I have a lot of pain in the muscles in my back. I have started using this roller, which can be quite painful at times but eventually ends in relief. As they say no pain no gain. The more I am using it the less sensitive I have become. The roller is very strong and well made, it comes with its own carry bag too. The company have been great in their communication & emailed me with an attachment which had lots of exercises for me to try. If you are thinking about one of these I would highly recommend using this company and their product.

I needed something to help stretch and sometimes relieve some back muscles. Looked at this which had good reviews and good price and so happy I did!It arrived very quick (even in this lockdown period), complimented with a bag and instructions for use. This is not soft like a foam roller would be, but for my use this was better as I needed something rigid to work out the kinks...the raised areas on the rollers help with this. Being hollow in the center I did have to build up trust it wouldn't break with full weight applied but I needednt of worried as it's well made. I would recommend a yoga mat, especially on wooden floors/non carpet as it can slip when rolling. A yoga mat easily solved this.A couple of days in and I'm already feeling the benefits. Would recommend to all.Added note......Before my purchase I didn't know this was a small family company, something I found out in a friendly follow up email thanking me for my purchase. Knowing this really made me feel I made the right choice especially in these times. Support the small business and get a great product at the same time. Win win!

Great if you need deep tissue pressure. I have sciatic pain and rolling for me can only be maintained for a few seconds at a time before it becomes unbearable. It does give some relief and I use it alongside stretches as well.
