Veggie capsule
A couple of months ago I ordered several bottles of this oregano. I particularly ordered the veggie capsule because I wanted to pass on some of the bottles to family members. An objection of various age people - is that it is a strong oil and it upsets their stomach. It has been approximately 6 weeks and my circle has not had any concerns. I believe this product is a great value for the investment. It’s easy to take, no smell, simple and effective.

This is my fault: I did not realize there is a oregano capsule with ground oregano.
Unfortunately, the capsule is too big for me to swallow.The capsule size did not matter in the past, because I chew the capsule to disperse the oil.I was rushing to order before traveling. Had no idea there are NOW capsules with ground oregano.I will look more carefully the next time.
