Hi - what is the difference (other than price) between the standard cream and this premium cream?

Cannot tell you the difference because the first time we used the product was when a friend bought the premium cream as a gift from the Canary Isle. We loved it do much that we now buy 4 at a time as I use it as a face and body cream and my husband uses it as a body cream after showering and in the morning

what makes it premium compared to the regular aloe vera body and face cream

I just find it lovely to use and it is so easy and soft to rub in. I liked it so much I have repurchased this same brand and will continue to do so.

is it fragnance free? My face is free irritated cannot stand any fragnanced product

Very slight aloe vera smell. I find this cream very good for sun burn and healing small abrasions.

Is this good with red spots on face?

I wouldn’t say so. Effectively, this is a moisturiser rather than red spot treatment. It’s quite greasy too.
