Crookedly cut scratched material
I know how much a sheet of this plastic costs in stores for advertisers. I decided to buy it because it was already cut. But I couldn't even imagine that it could be cut like that! And sell it at an exorbitant price! The protective strip on the plastic is missing. It is scratched on both sides, dirty. Not a single right angle. And to top it off, the actual size is not 46 by 46, but 38 x 38
